Be yourself
For the situational questions, always put safety and legality first. They will try to pressure you into breaking the law and/or doing something unsafe to please the owner- stick to the right answer- safety first, then listen to the wants/need of the owner.
When coming up with alternative solutions to a problem, don't forget to use all available resources- other pilots, FBOs, the company itself, etc. Gather information to come up with the best solution for everyone.
