Horrible schedules for both the Dornier 228 and 328. Just as bad schedules for the 737. Pay is way below national average. Pay is as follows: D228 FO- 11k/yr salary and $11.00/ flight hour D228 CA- 19k/yr salary and $19.00/ flight hour D328 FO- 12k/yr salary and $12.00/ flight hour D328 CA- 20k/yr salary and $20.00/ flight hour B737 FO- 25k/yr salary and $25.00/ flight hour B737 CA- 40k/yr salary and $45.00/ flight hour. Average flight time: D228 is 80/month D328 is 30/month B737 is 40/month Per Diem all airframes is $1.75/hr Overall the pay is horrible. The above pay scale is the new pay scale implemented. The old pay scale was much better and was a fair hourly rate with an 80/hr month guarantee. There are still some pilots on the old pay scale that have been here for awhile but they convert to the new horrible scale if they change seats or move aircraft. In a nutshell, do not come to Vision Airlines to fly. It is by far a last resort airline.
