I'm a first officer with this airline for the past 10 years. This airline is a total piece of crap. Don't leave any decent commuter if you are currently on captain pay.

US Airways is a horrible place to work. They treat us with incredible contempt and hostility. The trips are lousy, the pay is lousy and the pensions were terminated.
