Perimeter pays well, but they make you work for it. Perimeters Maintenance is second to none. Calibre of Pilots is also second to none, we fly in conditions that sculpt us to be great aviators. Pilot morale is not very good. Not very many pilots currently at Perimeter are interested in staying there. They pay us well, but don't treat us well. The best thing about perimeter is who we work with, not who we work for. We work along side great people. No pension plan, therefore no incentive to stay.
