Interview Profile:
- Technical quizz (ATPL questions).
- Panel interview, generally with 3 pilots / fleet managers / HR personnel. Personal / professional / technical questions.
- Simulator evaluation, generally on a business jet (Hawker, Citation, whichever sim available that day): takeoff, normal ILS, then another takeoff with engine failure after V1 and another ILS - very standard. They are looking for CRM essentially. Your sim partner is a Netjets pilot, whom you have to brief about the SOPs you want to use prior to the sim ride.
