Simulator

• Frasca 142
• Configured like a Cessna 421
• You will fly the profile given in your technical interview
• Intercept/fly victor airways
• VOR approach via DME arc
• VOR to minimums
• Published missed approach, enter the hold
• Full ILS approach from the transition
• Land
• Hints:
  • The sim is very sensitive
  • Use small corrections
  • The approaches will differ, remember to check the weather prior to each approach
  • Speed control is big- Vr=90, Climb=140, Cruise=180, Gear/flap= 150, Appr=120.
  • Be fully configured by the FAF
  • If you are getting behind- ask for vectors or a turn in holding, don't get rushed
  • Don't get behind sim (ask for another turn in holding or vectors)
