I just started IOE last week; very cool check airman. I certainly can understand your frustration, "Why did I come here?"- the acadamy seems like it is lacking some organization; which in fact, it is. Probably due to a lack of personell and a lot of incomming pilots. Neither my classmates or I had any major problems with Lily Harvey; however, I have known her for years and she will not take any crap from no one. I am sorry your buudy was sent home. I don't know the details of what happened. Good luck to you in your training and hope to see you out on the line someday. P.S. I hate kool-Aid. I prefer an ice cold one at the end of a long day!

Rick drinks a lot of the kool aid from this place. I am in sims right now and Lilly caused one of my buds to go home. Hey play the game get your time and go. There is a reason they ask you to sign a training contract, and it ain't cause people want to stay here. This place is a toilet. I would not make it my first or any choice. I would go to a more reputable regional than this place.

The most positive group of people I have met. This airline has $$$ backing it u. Silver is going places. If your job is in jeopardy, give them a call. They are the real deal. I used to work here in '08 and it is night and day from Gulfstream. Come on board fellas! (and girls too!)
