This was my first IFR gig. Made some great friends and had no complaints with the way management treated me. The equipment is old and looks worn out but the slightest problem I had was always handled asap with no questions asked. Engines were perfectly maintained.
After moving on to another company I was laid off and called FLX to see if I could get a job. They remembered me and didn't hestitate to offer me a spot (ended up with another job I had applied for).
Flying at FLX made me the instrument pilot I am today. Still flying freight. When I interview everyone knows who FLX is and always has something positive to say about people that have worked there (e.g. good stick and rudder, good instrument skills, reliable).
I recommend this place hands down.
