Be prepared to stay on as an F/O for decades. The fleet is dog tired, we can't get the new planes soon enough. Morale is quite low, and management/labor relations have historically been very strained. Large fleet of airplanes, with a zillion domiciles to choose from. Getting hired used to require you to be astronaut qualified, but no longer--when hiring does commence in the next decade.
