Good starting point if you are looking to develop your cargo flying career..pay is very good starting out and this includes CASS and a full benefits package. QOL is largely dependent on where you are based and what type of run (scheduled, charter, reserve, ect.) However, the work is very hard (loading/unloading aircraft) and you won't accumulate much flight time (about 2-3 hours a day). Aircraft are in decent condition, but they consist of old/outdated technology. Great stepping stone to move on to the majors, but don't expect anything it to be fun and/or glamorous...far from it.
